parked in the layby at the park - is someone living in it? does it ever move?

I think it may belong to the Air cadet's as it seems to be away on some weekends. Go past to park most days and have never seen anyone in it.

I have seen it on the field behind the Cross Keys at Pulloxhill on weekends when there have been caravan/camping events there. On those occasions it was occupied by a man and his dog.
