No... not DT, the David Morrissey Doctor. Obviously when we have the 5 and 10 CIN special last year DT knew exactly who PD was, but this time DM obviously didn't recognise DT as being a 'previous' incarnation. That's why I wondered if someone's a bit too much of a fan and got carried away

It is on iPlayer, it's also on You Tube.

Quote from David Morrissey..

You’re in the Doctor Who Christmas special. What can we expect?

"Well, it was Kylie last year and me this year! I play a character called The Doctor – a man who believes himself to be a Time Lord.

Ah... deluded fan

David Tennant is out of Hamlet for the forseeable future...

"My back problem has progressed to the point where it is currently impossible for me to carry on without surgery," Tennant said in a statement.

Some anxious times for BBC Wales then, he's supposed to be back at work as The Doctor in the New Year :( I hope they manage to sort it out.
My husband lives on pain killers for a back problem, it's so utterly debilitating at times.

BBC Website says they will be announcing the new Doctor tomorrow.
