I hope they didn't get into the front gardens of the properties they passed. This happened to me when I lived in Cambridgeshire. The local Farmer
omitted to shut up his gates properly and at 5 a.m in the morning I had cows all over our property. They made a terrible mess, to say nothing
of their large footprints imbedded all over the lawns. Took ages to get it all back to some semblance of order!
